Where are you located?
We are located in St George, Utah. Within 15 minutes of Sand Hollow Reservoir, Quail Creek, and a couple hours from Lake Powell!
How old do I have to be to rent?
18 years or older
Do you require a damage deposit?
Yes. A damage deposit is taken at time of arrival. It is $500 per Jet Ski and held as a pre-authorization on your credit card. Once you return and we see no damages have occurred, those funds will be released back into your account and the trip fee is charged.
How do I reserve?
You can reserve through our online booking system or by calling or texting us! The reservation fee is a portion of your trip fee paid in advance to hold your reservation. Refundable up until 1 week from the trip. The remainder of the trip fee will be paid upon arrival.
Do I have to reserve in advance?
No, you don’t have to reserve, although we strongly recommend it. You are welcome to wait until the day of to try to rent, but run the risk of no availability. Reserving in advance secures your spot and ensures your rental.
What time is pick up and drop off for daily rentals?
Daily rental pickups are typically between 8-10 AM with a drop off 8.5 hrs or 5.5 hrs later.
Pickup and Drop off times are flexible, however, once times are established a fee of $50 will be charged if you are more than 30 minutes late.
Do I have to pick up or do you drop off?
You can pick up machines and take them where you would like. For local areas like sand hollow and quail creek, pick-up is required due to new Park policies.
We offer drop-off and pickup for Lake Powell – a fee will apply depending on the location.
What about fuel usage?
Half-Day: $40
Full-Day; $50
Multi-Day: Renter is responsible for refueling
All skis take 91 Premium. They will come full of fuel at the time of your pickup.
What kind of vehicle can tow your Jet Skis?
Just about anything! The Sea Doo Spark Trixx is a very light weight machine making it towable for even a small car with a 2” ball. If you have questions about your specific vehicle give us a call.
Do you offer insurance?
Yes, we now have a mandatory insurance that must be purchased with each rental. This is to protect our equipment as well as protect you, others around you, and to have a max out-of-pocket expense.
Insurance for Daily Trips: $25/Jet Ski. There is a $1,500 deductible that must be met before Flow will cover any additional damages. This insurance option protects you against large damages that may occur during your rental.
Insurance for Multi-Day Trips: $20/day/ski. There is a $1,500 deductible per ski that must be met before Flow will cover any additional damages. This insurance protects you against large damages or accidents that may occur during your rental.
What does the insurance cover?
Insurance is required to cover any major damages or injuries that may occur on your trip. These are accidents that would severely damage our Jet Skis and cause you to pay more than $1500. This could be for things such as cracked hull, or hole in the hull and or major engine damage, or totaled Jet Ski.
What lakes/reservoir can I take Jet Skis to?
Any surrounding lakes where Jet Skis and watercraft are legal. Sand Hollow, Quail Creek, and Lake Powell are by far the most popular.

Are there any other fees with taking your Jet Skis to Lake Powell?
Yes. Because Lake Powell is part of the Glen Canyon National Recreation Area, the National Park Service charges a $30 fee to enter the lake (1-7 day pass).
