Yes. A damage deposit is taken at time of arrival. It is $500 per Jet Ski and held as a pre-authorization on your credit card. Once you return and we see no damages have occurred, those funds will be released back into your account and the trip fee is charged.

How do I reserve?

To reserve we use a reservation fee. This is just a portion of your trip fee paid up front (25%). For example, if my total trip fee was going to be $1000 and I wanted to reserve in advance, then I would pay $250 to hold my spot and pay the remaining amount on the day of your rental.

No, you don’t have to reserve, although we strongly recommend it. You are welcome to wait until the day of to try to rent, but run the risk of no availability. Reserving in advance secures your spot and ensures your rental.

What time is pick up and drops off for daily rentals?

We typically try to drop off at the lake at 9-10 AM and pick up around 6-7 PM. These times are flexible depending on schedule. If you have any specific needs let us know and we can let you know if those times will work.

Do I have to pick up or do you drop off?

We offer both. You can pick up machines and take them where you would like (most popular for Lake Powell trips). Or we can drop them off for you. For local areas like sand hollow and quail creek pick up and drop off is free. For Lake Powell a fee will apply depending on the location of drop off and pick up.

What about fuel usage?

You are responsible for the gas that you use during your rental. Meaning, skis are given to you full and expected to be returned full. We ask that 91 (premium) fuel be used. If you chose not to fill machines, or did not pick up, then the amount of fuel to fill skis will be charged upon picked.
